Partner Spotlight: Alex Clark

We are excited to highlight Outride community member, Alex Clark, the Founder of Prime Ability and a Health and Physical Education teacher at Dunbar High School in Washington D.C. In a recently published article titled, “Using the City as Your Physical Education Classroom,” Alex provides details about his innovative programming which “centers on equity and inclusion in fitness, particularly access to fitness options in underserved communities of color.” From building a lifelong love for physical activity to addressing social issues to boosting community engagement, Alex is transforming the lives of the students he works with.
